In a world where every brand fights for consumer attention, Nutella sought to deepen its connection with its audience. Our mission was to transcend traditional loyalty programs, crafting an experience that not only rewards but also engages and inspires. We envisioned a platform where Nutella lovers could explore, create, and connect, turning everyday interactions into moments of delight.

My role

As a pivotal member of Kaizen Technology's design team, my journey involved:
 

  • Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
     

  • Designing the visual aspect of the product, including layout, typography, color schemes, and iconography.
     

  • Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
     

  • Building interactive prototypes to simulate user interactions and test design concepts.
     

  • Gathering and synthesizing feedback from users and stakeholders to inform design iterations.

This project was more than a loyalty app; it was an invitation to a world where design meets delight, and every interaction is an opportunity for joy. Through thoughtful UX/UI design, we created a Nutella experience that rewards, engages, and inspires, deepening brand love and creating a community of Nutella enthusiasts.
