Leading design initiatives. Successfully led a team of 4 talented user-interface designers at Userspots, focusing on interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and micro-animations.

Comprehensive design systems. At IBM and subsequently Amaris, I developed and defined visual language and design systems, contributing to the success of major telecommunication projects and the innovative Kybele Design Ops team.
